- Jumping: From the high jump to the long jump and triple jump, our jumping program emphasizes proper form, power development, and landing techniques. Athletes learn to harness their explosive strength and agility to soar to new heights, mastering the art of flight with precision and grace.
- Throwing: Our throwing program covers a range of disciplines including shot put, discus throw, javelin throw, and hammer throw. Athletes receive personalized coaching to enhance strength, technique, and rotational power, enabling them to launch projectiles with precision and force.
