  • Each Session of 3 hours duration.
  • Main component of training is Physical fitness, Stamina building, escalation of enduarance, personal Skill development along with team planning and execution.

Football training is a great way to improve physical, mental and social health.

  • Endurance Improvement: Football is a sport that revolves around running. Adults can cover up to 10 km during a match. Regular matches and training sessions can make  cardio and breathing even stronger.
  • Improvement of strength: Football matches involve repeated accelerations and sprints, which can improve your strength as well as your endurance.

  • Training of all physical abilities: Football uses all of your physical abilities. Whether you’re diving to save goals or jumping for headers, you’ll be stretching and working on your balance. Running and accelerating will train your speed, which is one of the keys to this sport. And playing a sport that doesn’t use your hands will greatly improve your skill!
  • Promote coordination, agility, and mental well-being: Football is a team sport that calls for team spirit and solidarity. You have to stick to your tactics, respect your teammates and communicate on the pitch to strengthen your team.
